Boats on trailers, pontoon boats, personal watercraft and snowmobile trailers. We are about twenty minutes from Christina Lake.
Trailers, vehicles and equipment
Utility and cargo trailers, cars and trucks, and work equipment that needs a fenced yard between jobs.
There is also room to park a shipping container or sea can. Call first so we can set aside a spot the delivery truck can reach.

Call with the length
Give us the overall length, including the tongue or hitch, and what it is. We place you where the tow vehicle can swing in and out.
Pick monthly or seasonal
Month to month with no long contract, or book the season. New rentals of up to four months get the first month at half price.
Get it ready, then park

The compound is fully fenced and sits behind the same gate as our heated indoor lockers, so the boat can go in the yard and the cushions, electronics and paperwork can go inside.
Anything parked for the winter should be drained of water, with fuel tanks no more than a quarter full. Vehicles and RVs stay on your own insurance while they are stored; some insurers offer a reduced storage rate for the months a unit is parked, so it is worth a call to yours.

How big an RV can you take?
The yard is about an acre, with room for large motorhomes and fifth wheels. Give us the overall length including the hitch when you call and we will tell you what is open that you can get in and out of without a spotter.
Can I store my boat from Christina Lake for the winter?
Yes. Grand Forks is about twenty minutes from the lake, which makes the compound a practical place to park a boat and trailer once it comes off the water in the fall. Pull the drain plug and leave it out.
Is outdoor storage monthly or seasonal?
Either. It is month to month by default, and you can book a full season if you know your dates. Give us notice before your next payment date when you are ready to pull out.
Can I park a shipping container or sea can?
There is room in the compound for containers. Tell us the size and whether it is being delivered, and we will tell you what we can do.
